We are looking for upbeat and dedicated team members to help us establish a world-class guest experience for all Golden State Warriors games and Chase Center concerts and events. As a part-time Guest Services Representative, you will help provide unforgettable experiences to all of our guests while scanning tickets, assisting guests to their seats, way wayfinding, and more!

All positions are part-time and located onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Onboarding and training will start late August with events starting in September. Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination may be required. All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with the scanning/collection of tickets upon ingress while checking for authenticity; troubleshoot and provide solutions for ticketing issues as they occur

  • Assist guests with general directions to their seats, including vertical transportation requests; ensure guests are sitting in correct seats and direct unauthorized guests to their assigned sections

  • Serve as point of contact for arena FAQs; respond to and resolve guest feedback in a timely, professional and empathetic manner

  • Set up and breakdown for Warriors game nights and events, including promotional theme nights, giveaways, etc.

  • Keep aisles and walkways clear of guests, obstructions, and trash; alert appropriate teams of any sign of disturbance or spills

  • Maintain a steady and safe movement of guests through entry points and elevators

  • Build and facilitate relationships with returning guests to provide consistent service and familiarity

  • Display exceptional ethical standards, professionalism and integrity at all times including in high stress and high-profile environments

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Excellent and engaging interpersonal skills

  • High energy, strong detail orientation, outstanding work ethic and problem solving

  • Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment, including during emergencies

  • Ability to operate ticket scanners, tablets, time clocks, etc.

  • Ability to adhere to proper uniform and grooming standards as defined by Chase Center management

  • Reliable form of transportation

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 lbs.

  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

  • Note: This position may require you to sit or stand in an enclosed space (i.e., an elevator) and travel in upper and lower levels multiple times during your shift

Time Commitment

  • Work majority of regular season home games (September through April) with the possibility of post season games (April through June)

  • Work majority of concerts and events held at Chase Center (year-round)

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours according to the Warriors home game schedule and Chase Center concerts (i.e., days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

  • Typical game night shifts are 4:30pm - 11:00pm

  • Typical concert shifts are approximately 5+ hours in length

  • Work schedules will vary from week to week along with scheduled events. Part-time employees will not be scheduled for every event as scheduling is based on the needs of the department.
