The Santa Cruz Warriors are NBA GLeague’s back-to-back Franchise of the Year and we are hiring!
We are looking for highly motivated individual to help oversee events at Kaiser Permanente Arena and assist the Facilities team. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Marketing.

This is a part-time position based in Santa Cruz, CA.
Act as House Manager for events
Proactively address the needs of event staff as they arise
Build positive working relationships with security and janitorial staff
Ensure cleanliness of arena at end of shift as needed
Work with Event Manager and part-time staff on venue set-up and/or breakdown for Arena events
Communicate with management team about Arena-related elements that arise during events
Address emergency situations while on shift (i.e. security, fire/life safety, plumbing, etc.) as needed
Complete projects as assigned by Director, Operations or Facilities Coordinator
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 6 months of facility maintenance or event management experience
Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Ability to work independently and efficiently lead and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization and throughout the community
Frequent bending and stretching
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
