The Club is currently seeking exceptional Safety Stewards to work on match-days/major events on a casual basis at Craven Cottage and Motspur Park. You will operate as an ambassador for the Club, upholding the Club’s Values and providing service excellence in order to enhance the fan and customer experience, whilst upholding safety procedures at all times.
Ideally candidates will hold the NVQ level 2 in spectator safety. However, full training will be provided to suitable candidates who do not yet have the qualification. Candidates must be pro-active, friendly and above all have a “can-do” attitude to ensure our fans have an unrivalled experience every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ensure all safety checks are carried out in designated areas in a timely manner;
Attend safety briefings with your supervisor;
Follow and uphold action and communication of emergency policies and procedures;
Promote, maintain and record incident card documentation as and when required; and
Escalate any concerns or match day queries immediately to your supervisor/control.

flexible attitude to working hours / days and tasks;
ability to work under pressure and follow instructions; and
maintain and uphold the Club's values.
Previous experience of stewarding at events is highly desirable.
These positions are customer facing therefore we require stewards to dress appropriately for their roles, whilst role specific clothing items will be provided the expectation is that stewards will be smart in their dress.
