To ensure, as far as reasonably possible, the safety of everyone attending events at Fulham Pier are planned for, in accordance with the Safety Certificate terms and conditions and the Club’s Policy Statement of Spectator Safety.

You will help develop the Safety Operational Staffing Plan for Fulham Pier.

To assist the Staffing Manager with the processes of recruitment, training, development and motivation of stewarding and security staff working within Fulham Pier and the wider Club, whilst ensuring compliance with club policies on Spectator Safety and Health and Safety.

To develop Safety Policies for non-match days, match days and events and to assist the Health & Safety Manager with day-to-day business as necessary.

To develop Security Policies for non-match days, match days and events and to assist the Security Manager with day-to-day business as necessary.

To ensure that the Club / Company complies with all aspects of Match Day and Event safety.

To ensure that the Club complies where appropriate with all the requirements of the green and purple guides.

In respect of Fulham Pier, set team priorities, KPIs and objectives. Ensure that all systems are accurate and correct. Demonstrate that control procedures are in place.

To regularly hold meetings with key staff for de-brief and forward planning of events at Fulham Pier and events held in all other locations of the Club including Motspur Park our offsite location.

Be a Premises Supervisor holding a valid personal licence.

Responsible for preparing accreditation for match days, events and day to day visitors.

Responsible for liaising with Schools for the use of car parks and allocating parking on match days.

Ad-hoc duties on match days within the Safety Command team as directed by the Head of Safety.

Attend initial meetings with Sodexo and prospective clients who wish to book events to ascertain event details to then provide a staffing plan prior to Sodexo confirming the event.

Support both the Head of Safety and the Security Manager with all matters relating to operation of Fulham Pier.
