An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated & experienced Retail Manager to join our Commercial Team. Reporting to the Retail & Licensing Director you will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability of all Fulham Football Club retail outlets and ensuring service excellence is achieved throughout the customer journey.

Your duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Maximising sales and profitability of the retail outlets to deliver agreed targets;

  • Delivering controllable costs to within given budget e.g. payroll / store supplies;

  • Driving the highest standards of Service Excellence, merchandise display and store operations;

  • Optimising sales opportunities by ensuring all outlets hold correct stock levels;

  • Investigating and delivering opportunities to retail products outside of stores;

  • Ensuring sales are maximised by actively seeking new sales revenue opportunities;

  • Building an effective store team through identification of individual and team development needs and facilitation of the necessary people development skills required; and

  • Proactively seek to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and build the profile of the retail operation.

You must have previous experience in a retail management and be able to demonstrate how you have previously been successful in generating revenue and achieving targets. You will be an exceptional communicator with the confidence to build rapport & relationships with external suppliers and partners.

You will be extremely well organised, flexible, work well under pressure, have excellent attention to detail, a strong technical retail skill base, encompassing the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
