We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead our team at both the Training Ground and Craven Cottage sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the current Maintenance team and to assist with its growth in both recruitment and knowledge as we begin to take on responsibility for our new Fulham Pier Venue.
The Mechanical Maintenance Manager will understand how to deliver a swift and efficient response, while managing our mechanical / HVAC delivery. The role will provide a positive, professional, and seamless link between the various departments and areas within the site. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / time served, have proven facilities management experience.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous FM experience
Previous high end venue experience
Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
IWFM & IOSH/NEBOSH
Industry recognised Mechanical qualifications
You would be responsible for:
Managing a Maintenance Team across FFC Sites
Acting as the mechanical / HVAC technical lead on any issues that arise
Monitoring, and reporting on agreed KPIs - ensuring performance exceeds required deliverables
Embedding a culture of Health & Safety compliance across the team
