We are recruiting for Chef’s to join our Training Ground Team. Working predominately with our Academy, U18 & U23 Teams you will be responsible for the food preparation, cooking, and presentation of the food provision. You will enjoy the responsibility of producing consistently great food and delivering service excellence. You will be to play a key part in preparing a high standard of food, as well as assisting with other duties within the kitchen, maintaining a clean hygienic work area, providing assistance to other members of the team, customer service and from time-to-time front of house duties.

You must be able to work calmly under pressure and display a genuine commitment to high quality standards as well as having a flexible attitude to work tasks. The role would suit a professional chef who has good inter-personal skills and can work well as part of a team.

As a minimum you will hold the NVQ level 2 Diploma in Food Production and Cooking or equivalent qualification, and a basic food hygiene certificate.

Our roles are based on working a 40-hour week with weekend and some evening work.
