About The Role

At Formula 1 our vision is to unleash the greatest racing spectacle on the planet. To help deliver against this global vision Formula 1 are looking for a Digital Ad Sales Executive.

Based within Commercial Partnerships this position plays a key role in leading & supporting on direct to market digital ad sales deals across Formula 1’s Digital properties.

Based at our HQ in St James's Market, be part of the exhilarating environment of F1.

The Role:

  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify new opportunities for F1 and its portfolio of digital and social assets.
  • Help build and grow long term partnerships with international clients and agencies, focused on existing F1 & team sponsors, car endemics, and local endemic brands.
  • Create valuable sales presentations leveraging F1 brand statements, insights, case studies and delivering maximum value to our clients.
  • Work closely with ad operations, to understand inventory availability, then forecast, book, traffic and report on campaigns.
  • Develop a strong understanding of operational delivery platforms to help with reporting and campaign set up.
  • Work closely with internal teams to help promote and include digital opportunities on outgoing responses.

About You

The role will allow you to apply your experience gained in advertising sales, advertising operations or a sports sales environment.

You have:

  • Highly organized with ability to prioritise and handle numerous tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, maintaining a strong work ethic throughout.
  • An excellent relationship builder and ability to network with both junior and senior professionals.
  • Strong presentation skills & ability to produce high quality collateral.
  • Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills.
  • Experience of Adserver trafficking (Google Ad Manager a bonus) and insight generation (Google Analytics).
  • Experience of Publisher side Programmatic Trading Platforms (e.g. Google Ad Exchange).
  • Project management / account management / business development / strategy experience highly valued.
