The Retail Clerk is a part-time position that will be part of the Soccer 90 retail team and assist with achieving retail sales, customer service, inventory maintenance, merchandising, and financial control goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide outstanding customer service.

  • Carry-out sales functions on the retail floor by assisting customers through the shopping process.

  • Perform cashier/check-out functions by utilizing the store Point-of-Sale workstations.

  • Executes a variety of merchandising tasks including: accurately receiving, splitting and tagging new merchandise, physical inventories, product transfers, and setting-up merchandising displays.

  • Maintains a clean and well-organized retail environment.

  • Assures protection of company assets and adheres to cash management policies & procedures.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction & service through the check-out and returns process.

  • Maintains a general knowledge of soccer related trends, brands, products, and personalities that impact the soccer retail environment.

  • Stays up to date on store products and promotions.

  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

  • Soccer specialty experience a plus – including, operating a heat press.


  • 17 years or older

  • Able to work weekends, nights and holidays

  • Retail experience

  • Friendly, energetic, team player

  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Long periods of standing or sitting. Normal hearing and sight are necessary.
