Job Summary: FLA Live Arena hosts some of the biggest Concerts and Events in the country. In this fast-paced, competitive, and fun working environment, we are looking for future sales and service leaders who want to be a part of something special and take their careers to the next level. An Account Executive, Concert & Event Sales at FLA Live Arena will sell premium inventory and Memberships for all concerts, family shows, and special events.
Job Functions:
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for maximizing revenue through sales of FLA Live Arena premium inventory for all concerts, family shows, and events
Complete 80+ touchpoints daily consisting of calls, emails, text messages, appointments, etc.
Actively prospect and research new sales leads
Sell annual concert and event Memberships in conjunction with Florida Panthers Memberships
Build relationships to grow account base through repeat business, referrals, and upgrades
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and event by event ticket sales goals
Set in and out of office sales appointments each week
Handle incoming calls from sales prospects and existing clients
Utilize Ticketmaster’s Archtics and SeatGeek ticketing software to manage customer accounts
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer communications and manage accounts
Conduct in-arena appointments/tours to assist in closing new business
Work events to support ticket sales and service initiatives
Provide excellent service through phone calls, emails, written communication and in-person visits in the office and special events
Actively network in the community to increase sales and revenue
Qualifications:
Collaborative, competitive, and committed to the entertainment industry
Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
Strong communication and computer skills
Knowledge of Ticketmaster’s Archtics or SeatGeek ticketing software is preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred
Superior time management and presentation skills
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed, in addition to traditional business hours
Detail-oriented and organized; ability to handle several projects at once
Experience working for an arena, team or event is beneficial
