We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the area of match analysis & match development (50%) in the Directorate of Football Development at the Swiss Football Association (SFV).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support in strategic planning for the further development of match analysis in Swiss football.

• Support in the training of match analysts SFV-SFL -Support for internal and external training in the field of match analysis

• Support for inter-directorate and/or inter-departmental projects

• Support in coach education in the area of match analysis and match observation

• Support in the allocation of the match analysis equipment of our U-National teams

• Support for the match analysts of the national teams

• Correspondence in German, French and English

• Optionally, you can also work as a match analyst for a national team, in consultation with the Women's Football Directorate or the National Teams Directorate

You will ideally have the following qualifications:

• Completed training in the field of match analysis, continuous further education.

• You know football in Switzerland from several perspectives (player, coach, match analyst, etc.) and can demonstrate practical experience

• You have a distinctive networked way of thinking and a high level of social competence, work in a goal- and solution-oriented manner, are innovative, have very good communication skills and are able to present confidently and convincingly

• German and/or French is your mother tongue and you have a very good command of English. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage

• Possession of a coaching diploma is an advantage
