Intern Workforce Management

As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.We are now looking for an Intern in our Workforce Management Department that supports us for one year.

These are your key tasks:

  • Providing general administration support to Workforce Management team

  • General File and Document Management including MS Teams and FIFA Share point

  • Updating FIFA IT Systems (IFES and Service Now) for Event and Tournaments

  • Assisting Uniform Team with stock distribution and maintaining uniform records

  • Assisting with the administration of freelancer contracts, invoices and expenses

  • Producing reports, presentations and process documents as and when required

  • Providing workforce related content to the Engagement team for FIFA workforce staff communications

  • Event support including sending invitations and Tournament staff briefing logistics

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • Master degree or similar higher education in Sport or Business Management

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role office based administration role

  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage

  • People oriented, Outgoing and friendly

  • One-Team approach

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset

  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel /MS Outlook

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint is an advantage
