As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.We are now looking for a Executive Driver & Transport Coordinator that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:

  • Drive FIFA's executives / guests and VIPs to their desired destination (mostly within Zurich area)

  • Coordination and oversight of all transport requests, including driver allocations for events

  • Management of company's car fleet including organising services, dealing with accident and insurance claims

  • Shift planning and stand-by duties to ensure adequate coverage

  • Dealing with invoices

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proven track-record in managing several drivers and vehicles

  • Experience in premium guest relationship management

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES) is an asset

  • Proficient in Word and Excel

  • Good knowledge of fleet management applications
