As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.We are now looking for an HR Controller that is part of the FIFA People & Culture team in Zurich, Switzerland and supports us on our mission.These are your key tasks:

  • You love numbers, organisational structures and reports. After a short introduction, you will lead FIFA's headcount reporting for Zurich, Paris and other FIFA locations.

  • You take ownership of FIFA's staff budget (budget, actuals, forecast). We use SAP and Excel – you may propose more efficient solutions.

  • We love innovation and welcome your initiatives on how we can improve our processes and further develop our HR dashboards.

  • You are eager to learn new things, you are interested in challenges around global pay, salary reviews, equal pay and bonus processes.

  • You believe in lean processes, innovation and automation. Leading or participating in related projects drives you (e.g. SAP, Ingentis, PeopleDoc, PowerBI).

  • You have heard about procurement and contracts; you might take the team-internal lead and get our HR deals done.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics or comparable

  • At least 2 years in Finance, Controlling, Audit or comparable

  • Successful record in an international, fast-paced environment

  • Ambitious and fast learning

  • Efficient and result-oriented

  • Analytical thinking and global mind-set

  • Hard working and hands-on

  • Responsible, honest and accurate

  • Good project management skills and great teammate

  • Fluent in English; German and French an advantage
