Work-study Program or Internship, with university training agreement required (1 year). The Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the administration work of the Sport Grants Team and of the Development Department.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day-to-day administration of the Sport Grant Programme:
Interaction with Clubs and internal administrative staff for invoicing and preparation of grant agreements
Communication with Clubs to follow up on their activities
Review and revision of project reports
Maintenance of up to date entries on FIA database
Grant applications assessment:
Working with the Sport Grant Programme Manager, assess Sport Grant Programme funding applications and assist in the production of documentation for the Sport Funding Commission
Administration of funding rounds
Support to the ASN Reward Programme
Support to the production of the Sport Grant Programme end of year report
PROFILE:
University educated preferable
Experience of administration work in an office environment
English advanced or fluent
Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communications
Good numeracy skills
Attention to detail
Well organised
