About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a RTC Goalkeeping Coach to join the Women’s Football department. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Goalkeeper coaching programme across the age groups contained within the RTC.
You will be required to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the needs of all players are fully catered for, planning and delivering the coaching programme to an excellent standard.
Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will need to be experienced working with players, parents and other staff members with the ability to effectively communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats; placing a high value on attention to detail.
It is essential that the successful candidate must hold a minimum Goalkeeping UEFA B Licence, have completed or undertaking FA Youth Award and hold a level 7 Academic Qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate good practice when it comes to safeguarding children; contributing to our player-centred holistic approach at the Academy.
