Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support to the marketing department
Coordination of internal communications for marketing and promotions departments including organization of weekly staff meetings and the development and distribution of meeting notes and outcomes
Provide additional support to the Digital Marketing Manager by organizing analytics and data documents and presentations
Assist the Marketing Project Manager with creative, email, and digital marketing requests, and website updates
Assist the Marketing Project Manager with department calendar and organizational timelines throughout the 2022 season
Assist with execution of Tigers related local radio station promotions (both onsite and on air)
Manage pocket schedule requests and distribution program.
Manage credential, security and parking for Marketing requests
Assist with select departmental special events and programs (may require working designated games)
Oversee departmental charity requests, which includes managing department autographed memorabilia inventory
Coordinate all aspects of media trade agreements, including tickets, parking and merchandise
Manage departmental ticket requests
Assist with other Marketing and Promotions aspects as needed
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
College junior, senior or recent graduate (within 6 months)
Prior internship or administrative experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong computer skills with high level of experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
General baseball knowledge and interest
Working Conditions:
Exposure to moderate noise level.
Frequent visual/auditory attention.
This position may require working non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.
