This position will assist in developing business intelligence dashboards, reports and data analysis aimed at enhancing the departments revenue, operational and financial performance. This position will also assist in the sales process of season tickets, mini-plans and single game tickets as well as service buyers by providing outstanding service customer service.
Will assist with Will Call Operations during Spring Training home games.
Assist in processing, printing, and distributing season, mini plans, group, and single game tickets.
Provide superior customer service to ticket buyers through all outlets and handle any ticket-related issues including refunds and exchanges.
Will assist in the creation and implementation of ticket packages, promotions, pricing, marketing initiatives and email campaigns.
Assist in providing technical support for ticketing equipment, including box office terminals, ticket printers and scanners as needed.
Assist with financial settlements, ticket system reporting, and auditing procedures.
Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotions, predict future revenue metrics, and provide meaningful and actionable insights.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, updating spreadsheets and general office work.
Will have game-day responsibilities and additional responsibilities including but not limited to tarp duties, airport transportation and mascot appearances.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education & experience also considered.
Sales and/or customer services experience a strong plus.
Excellent interpersonal, phone and organizational skills.
Ability to self-motivate.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong writing skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Previous Box Office experience a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Office & Outdoor Stadium Environment & Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
