The Ticket Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of responsibilities that support the Ticket Sales department and sales representatives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Generate daily sales reports, call reports, unpaid account report, and update sales board to provide to management

  • Oversee and train interns and new employees on ticketing system and department processes and procedures

  • Coordinate/administer sales department needs to include ticket requests, time off, and purchase orders

  • Organize and coordinate season ticket holder & sales events.

  • Respond to fan inquiries via email

  • Process ticket orders in the ticketing system when necessary

  • Coordinate all department mailings

  • Assemble pre-homestand meeting reports and coordinate game day responsibilities during each homestand

  • Produce scoreboard message reports

  • Act as liaison between Ticket Sales and all other departments

  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • Strong computer, verbal, and writing skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; working knowledge of Microsoft Access

  • Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize responsibilities

  • Excellent organizational skills, data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Sales/customer service background is a plus

Work Conditions

  • Office environment

  • Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours required
