The Ticket Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of responsibilities that support the Ticket Sales department and sales representatives.
Essential Job Functions
Generate daily sales reports, call reports, unpaid account report, and update sales board to provide to management
Oversee and train interns and new employees on ticketing system and department processes and procedures
Coordinate/administer sales department needs to include ticket requests, time off, and purchase orders
Organize and coordinate season ticket holder & sales events.
Respond to fan inquiries via email
Process ticket orders in the ticketing system when necessary
Coordinate all department mailings
Assemble pre-homestand meeting reports and coordinate game day responsibilities during each homestand
Produce scoreboard message reports
Act as liaison between Ticket Sales and all other departments
All other duties as assigned
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Strong computer, verbal, and writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; working knowledge of Microsoft Access
Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent organizational skills, data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Sales/customer service background is a plus
Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours required
