JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Intern provides support to the entire marketing team, handles fan inquiries and affinity program registrations, and acts as a Broncos brand ambassador at all times.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist marketing department with all essential tasks as requested by:
Handling all mail coming in and going out of the marketing department – postage, mail merge, packaging, etc.
Order office supplies for department including items for break room and make coffee daily
Keep office organized, clean and professional at all times
Answer main phone line for marketing department and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
Assist with all marketing events and support to sponsorship events including all home games by:
Providing support to marketing team through market research, competitive activity, and industry trends
Assisting with activation set ups and fulfillment
Assisting with partner asset fulfillment
Assisting with presentations and event recaps
Fulfill event and affinity group registrations by:
Fulfillment of affinity group programs as assigned
Fulfillment of the Broncos Bookworms Program
Sending out all general marketing correspondence to fans
Assist with Game Entertainment by:
Promotions Team liaison during preparation for events and game days
Researching best practices and entertainment across all sports
Providing support in preparation of gameday activations
Assist with communication and booking of Stampede Drumline and other game entertainment assets
Assisting on gameday as necessary
Contributes to the team effort by:
Performing other duties as assigned.

Completed bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Ability to work all home Broncos games, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule

*Evaluation of writing exercise will be administered This internship is for the 2023-2024 season and will start the beginning of June 2023. In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected hourly rate will be $17.29. This position is 40 hours a week with overtime as needed.
