JOB SUMMARY: This individual will work closely with the department staff to support the sales team and activation team in ensures all aspects of the Sponsorship agreements are executed and fulfilled.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist the Corporate Partnership Sales reps in activation and execution of sponsorship contracts

  • Prepare PowerPoint proposal and recap presentations

  • Create and execute contracts and internals

  • Manage extensive documentation of contract fulfillment for a client base of tentatively 45 to 75 corporate partners

  • Schedule distribution items on a game by game basis

  • Managing the distribution and documentation of tickets to clients for each game date

  • Review each game rundown and notify the respective departments of specific corporate partner related material that will need to run or note a change in creative

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Capture contracted assets (signage, player appearances, on-site activations, etc.) through pictures and film

  • Schedule corporate partner on-site activations at the American Airlines Center and other various corporate partner related set-ups

  • Host clients in VIP experiences, such as penalty box visits pre-game, tunnel visits, post-game signings, and former player (alumni) meet and greets

  • Plan and assist Dallas Stars events beyond game days and execute partner involvement as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals

  • Comfortably speaking with clients and working with external brands and agencies

  • Ability to complete projects within deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Punctual and professional

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work untraditional hours (nights/weekends/holidays)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is exposed to an office environment and an arena environment where noise levels can be quite loud.
