The Human Resources Programs Coordinator will work in the Human Resources department and be involved in several ongoing HR functions and initiatives. The HR Programs Coordinator will report to the Director of Human Resources, Programs and help to coordinate programs and initiatives on behalf of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates, and implements processes, training, initiatives, and feedback surveys regarding the various HR programs to support the organization’s needs.
Helps to coordinate the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, training and development, intern program, and talent pipeline, Mavs Take Action corporate social responsibility program, mentoring program, recognition program
Coordinate and support HR Programs Director with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Seeking a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to successfully manage projects and meet deadlines
Can prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or related software
