The Maintenance Tech is responsible for executing repairs within AT&T Stadium. The Maintenance Tech reports to the Sr. Maintenance Tech.

Job Duties:

• Perform basic maintenance repairs and troubleshoot issues as needed throughout the facility and across numerous trades

• Coordinate and direct outside contractors as needed to complete projects

• Able to work in several disciplines including mechanical / plumbing and building materials

• Perform routine preventative maintenance

• Respond to and execute work order requests in a timely fashion

• Assist with simple estimates of time, materials, and scope required to insure proper installation and specifications for project

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in building maintenance, construction and/or facilities required

• Able to operate forklift

• Familiarity with stadium/large venue operations preferred

• Familiar with Microsoft Office

• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure

• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary

• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Able to lift 50lbs
