Salary/ROP: Competitive

Reporting into the Lead Youth Development Phase Coach, the part-time Individual Player Development Coach will be responsible for the week to week management and support of the individual players within their team. The coach will need to plan and deliver individual sessions along with team sessions of the U14 age group.

You will be responsible for…

  • Develop individual players within the U14 squad – allowing the elite players within the group to achieve their maximum potential.

  • Devise IDP sessions that are technical and tactical, in line with the CPFC playing philosophy and player needs.

  • Ensure cohesion and management of individual U14 players.

  • Assist the Lead U14 Coach in the management and development of elite YDP players

  • Set, monitor and develop high quality professional standard and team ethic for the players.

  • Implement individual learning plans for players.

  • Work in collaboration with all Academy staff.

  • Work in line with the strategy as agreed by the club.

  • Support the annual review of the ‘game model’ content.

You will have...

  • UEFA B-License or higher

  • FA Advanced Youth Award

  • Experience of coaching at a Category 1/2/3 elite players
