Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at Inter Miami CF home matches and other events at Inter Miami CF Stadium.

  • Professionally and accurately sell tickets for all IMCF matches and events to our guests at the ticket office windows.

  • Assist guests experiencing mobile ticketing issues at the entry gates of the stadium and inside the Ticket Office windows. •Greet all guests in a polite, professional and a friendly manner.

  • Proactively anticipate all guests specific concerns regarding their purchase, directions, stadium information and schedule of all events.

  • Accurately distribute mobile tickets to our guests for all IMCF games and stadium events.

  • Must be able to reconcile all daily sales without any overage/shortage occurring.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations and remain professional with our guests at our Ticket Sales, Customer Service and Season Ticket Member Services windows.

  • All other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Available to work all Inter Miami CF home games throughout the season, starting in April 2021. (Additional event attendance may be required.)

  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a passion for providing great customer service required.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish a plus.

  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster and Archtics a plus.

  • Demonstrated understanding and familiarity with new technology and mobile apps.

  • Strong understanding of MLS and fútbol is a plus.

  • Highly proactive, goal oriented and motivated with a positive attitude.

  • A passion for finding solutions and providing unparalleled customer experiences.

  • Ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic, and mature manner.

  • Strong work ethic – must be a team player with a “get the job done” attitude.

  • Must possess reliable transportation to and from work for all games.

  • Prior customer service experience a plus.

  • Ability to stand for 3-4 hours per time, hours at a time in various degrees of outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to, extreme heat or rain.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
