Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee Production of All Press Conferences and assist in the distribution to media and Apple TV
Assist preparing Home & Away matches on-site for Radio and Broadcast Truck(s), with any/all requests from networks, by working with the on-site A/V Engineer.
Assist with Next PRO match productions, with camera setups, sending A/V feeds, working control room, etc.
Co-produce any future Pre-game Show for 1st Club matches via Apple TV, Local TV and/or Radio
Create Melt of matches
Keep all footage organized / archived correctly for historical records, by creating a form of archive organization with MetaData
Assist Marketing & Brand with Apple TV content as assigned, from editing, to delivering, to concept and execution.
Assist with Talent & Broadcast Crew from MD-1 through MD when the Broadcast Truck (NEP Broadcast) and Crew arrive with credentials, check-in, any requests, deliver Apple TV content, and more.
Assist with future Local Network Partner on any possible off-Match Show, rather weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Radio Liaison with local radio (WQAM 560). Check-in with the station weekly to prepare for the upcoming match with all proper information from station schedule, station board operator, frequency location, etc.
Edit as needed across all shows and/or content for Apple TV, IMCF Marketing and IMCF Partners
Create production graphics for broadcast as needed
Execute Broadcast Internal Media Day Video Shoot
Work Stadium / IMCF Events as needed
Maintain Equipment / Inventory
Maintain Truck Dock Patchbay + JBT Boxes. Understand type of feeds, conversions, etc., to execute for all, with creativity and equipment.
Frequency Coordinator Liaison
Assist with Scheduling staff when needed
Work hand-in-hand with 3rd Party Vendors
Full knowledge MLS Rules + Regulations + Broadcast Manuals
Inform Security of all Match / Event movement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Experience with a professional sports team is a plus.
Knowledge of MLS Rules and Broadcast Manuals a huge plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
Experience in producing short-form and long-form videos.
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Lighting and set design are a plus.
Exceptional creative abilities; looking to push the envelope and develop and implement fresh ideas.
Understanding of brand awareness.
Control Room Equipment knowledge a plus
Organizational skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
Ability to control Live Production under high-pressure situations
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Exceptional knowledge and passion for the sport and culture of fútbol preferred.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment is required.
Flexibility to travel domestically and work nights and weekends as required.
