PRIMARY PURPOSE: Seeking all-star recruiter to support candidate sourcing efforts and drive pipeline growth to find the best talent for organizational hiring efforts. Research and implement effective and innovative recruiting techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to address staffing needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Talent Search and Engagement
Proactively documents, identifies, and delivers active and passive candidates for current and future staffing needs by utilizing multiple recruitment strategies and practices
Support talent acquisition efforts and strategy by providing a quality positive candidate experience and effective hiring process to achieve organizational strategic priorities
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team in order to understand staffing needs and hiring process to attract diverse talent to move organization forward
Implement talent search and engagement strategies from initiating candidate connection to determining qualification for respective open roles.
Identify opportunities to increase talent pipeline, including diversity, in order to proactively anticipate future needs.
Conduct screening interviews and recommend candidates to Talent Acquisition management to align department needs and candidate skillset
Assist Talent Acquisition team to develop, maintain and communicate a broad understanding of the external market and how it may influence talent acquisition strategies, and perform benchmarking activities.
Respond to recruiting related inquiries from internal or external candidates on a variety of topics such as position status, recruiting process or scheduling related questions.
Provide a superior experience to all stakeholders throughout the recruiting and on-boarding process
Schedule internal and external interviews which includes but not limited to confirmation to team and candidates, candidate travel, and other logistics as needed, manage calendars and availability of candidates and interviewing team.
Support recruitment and on-boarding process for all new hires, as directed.
Assist with miscellaneous projects, as deemed appropriate.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years sourcing experience within a rapidly growing organization
Proven history of developing and using creative sourcing strategies
Solid market knowledge of the competitive landscape for talent
Ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing efforts
Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both
Ability to work and collaborate with teammates from all levels of the organization
Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment
Ability to build genuine relationships with teammates and candidates
Proactive in approach and communication on projects, plans, and/or responsibilities
Values team approach on decision making process; team oriented
Reads, speaks, comprehends, and communicates English effectively in all communications.
