Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize a collaborative approach with various areas of the organization to coordinate off field personal development programs for all players throughout the organization
Provide leadership, mentoring, and support for our international players as they transition to the United States and into full season clubs
Assist Manager of Wellness and Education with various cultural education and life skills initiatives
Oversee operations at future Cincinnati Reds team housing complex, with the ability to live on site.
Assist Payroll and Human Resource department with assigned duties (social security, drivers license, direct deposit forms, banking issues)

Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience, Education, and Licensure:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Prior work experience in at least one business setting and one sports setting preferred.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
Travel to affiliates within the United States and the Dominican Republic.
Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must be able to lift and transport items up to 55lbs
Willing to relocate. Position is based in Goodyear, AZ at the Reds Player Development Complex.
Adhere to Cincinnati Reds Organization Policies and Procedures.
Act as a role model within and outside the Cincinnati Reds Organization.
Perform duties as workload necessitates.
Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
Meet department productivity standards.
Willingness to learn. Open to new methodologies.
