Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a collaborative approach with various areas of the organization to coordinate off field personal development programs for all players throughout the organization

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support for our international players as they transition to the United States and into full season clubs

  • Assist Manager of Wellness and Education with various cultural education and life skills initiatives

  • Oversee operations at future Cincinnati Reds team housing complex, with the ability to live on site.

  • Assist Payroll and Human Resource department with assigned duties (social security, drivers license, direct deposit forms, banking issues)

  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to effectively embed and communicate with wide range of departments, seniority levels, and personalities.

  • Must have excellent communication skills, good grammar, voice, and diction, strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented spirit to provide exceptional service.

  • Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Experience, Education, and Licensure:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

  • Prior work experience in at least one business setting and one sports setting preferred.


  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

  • Travel to affiliates within the United States and the Dominican Republic.

  • Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Must be able to lift and transport items up to 55lbs

  • Willing to relocate. Position is based in Goodyear, AZ at the Reds Player Development Complex.

  • Perform duties as workload necessitates.

  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
