Job Purpose: Maximize Pride in Reds Baseball. Retain, grow, and acquire season ticket membership by building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling full-menu inventory for the Cincinnati Reds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet, or exceed, revenue goals through season ticket retention and new sales

  • Service and build relationships in an effort to understand and create “Customer Intimacy”

  • Display in-depth knowledge of the range of products and benefits available to current and potential customers

  • Meet a daily and weekly minimum of contact touchpoints, including face to face meetings on and off-site

  • Adhere to procedures and processes necessary to provide a “Reds Way” experience

  • Address customer issues to ensure effective and long-term solutions

  • Provide timely feedback regarding service excellence and/or failures and customer concerns

  • Become proficient with ticketing software, online platforms, CRM, and the MLB Ballpark App

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

  • 2-3 years customer service and sales experience in a business and/or sports setting

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • CRM and ticketing software experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional lifting of 20 pounds required.

Work Environment:

Candidate must be willing to work game days including long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the year.
