Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the internal administrator and primary liaison for the Salesforce team, working toward becoming the club’s subject matter expert

  • Responsible for CRM onboarding of new employees, conducting regular training sessions with new and existing CRM users, and drafting and maintaining training materials (Trailhead, training guides, FAQs, quick tips, etc.)

  • Boost adoption and improve UI of the Salesforce mobile app and chat bot

  • Own all day-to-day CRM administrative responsibilities, including data manipulation, field/object creation, and workflow/trigger creation

  • Audit and reconcile differences or inconsistencies between CRM and other CFFC data sources

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support the day-to-day needs of the organization

  • Learn, manage, and troubleshoot Salesforce automated processes (Process Builder, Flows, etc.)

  • Manage current AppExchange packages and explore the addition of new ones

  • Develop Salesforce global email templates and ensure functionality for applicable users

  • Maintain data hygiene through duplicate identification and contact merging

  • Regularly perform systematic org health reviews and review/activate release updates to improve org performance, security, business logic, and usability

  • Collaborate with Business Strategy and Analytics team to brainstorm and build new relevant automated processes


  • Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or relevant field

  • Experience and/or training in a Customer Relationship Management system or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certified Admin or willingness to pursue certification

  • Exposure in Tableau, SQL, and Apex

  • Understanding of Salesforce data structures and data relationships

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet firm deadlines

  • Strong time management and project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to independently problem solve and use judgment in escalating issues to supervisors

  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-performing work environment

  • Must be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19
