Marquee Development is looking for an experienced and versatile Project Manager to contribute to Marquee Development’s growth and help innovate and expand business processes. The ideal candidate has project management experience as well as strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. They will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to the team, external partners, and appropriate management channels on a regular basis.   • Identify, build, and maintain an optimal status monitoring system that incorporates all major projects and the timelines for review and completion of each

  • Communicate consistently with all workstreams to understand current and upcoming projects and the associated needs for the projects

  • Organize and monitor project status, schedule, and deliverables

  • Demonstrate commitment to stakeholder needs and on-time project delivery

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders and team members

  • Complete necessary administrative tasks, such as data gathering, email, PowerPoint, and project organization

  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed

  • Identify and escalate issues as necessary


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field

  • Highly organized, with proven history of 5 – 7 years of project management experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Thorough understanding of project management tools

  • Ability to take direction and execute tasks and projects accordingly

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success


  • Professional certification – including PMP/PRINCE II

  • Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms

  • Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes

  • Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets
