Summary:

As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans and support retail initiatives, campaigns, and activations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Development of Blackhawks eCommerce UX strategy, including implementation of best practices in SEO, website construction, messaging, and visual brand identity

  • Management of e-commerce operations including product catalog maintenance, overall site updates, and campaign execution for Chicago Blackhawks and subsidiaries

  • Site functionality and navigation experience, digital activation site updates and management

  • Uploading new products to the site including product description & imagery and related responsibilities including tagging, collection page creation & maintenance, discount and gift code generation and monitoring

  • Partnering with digital marketing, social media, and retail teams to support all seasonal product strategies and marketing campaigns, as well as daily creative and business needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ideally 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining E-Commerce websites/portal

  • Knowledgeable of the E-Commerce space including marketing strategies, website platforms (Shopify experience preferred), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.

  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.

  • Excellent customer service, communication and collaboration skills.

  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
