What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Legal Team Administrator to ensure the efficient running and administration of the Club’s Legal team. Duties include:

  • Ensuring the efficient running and administration of the Club’s Legal team.

  • Adopting a positive, enthusiastic and solutions-oriented approach. Pro-actively identifying and taking forward opportunities to improve processes within the Legal team.

  • Responsibility for the process by which contracts are signed and stored, and key contract milestones are recorded and monitored.

  • Litigation support, primarily through document management and distribution to internal stakeholders.

  • Diary management for the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and Head of Legal positions.

  • Organising meetings; taking minutes where required.

  • Managing invoices and coordinating with external advisors on fees.

  • Assisting with legal team reporting to senior Club management in key areas.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:

  • Proven experience within an administrative role

  • Well organised, with strong administration skills.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills that inspire trust and confidence

  • Drive and enthusiasm, with an ability to demonstrate pro-active ownership and management of tasks.

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

  • Takes pride in provision of work. Strong attention to detail with good written and IT literacy.
