What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Legal Team Administrator to ensure the efficient running and administration of the Club’s Legal team. Duties include:
Ensuring the efficient running and administration of the Club’s Legal team.
Adopting a positive, enthusiastic and solutions-oriented approach. Pro-actively identifying and taking forward opportunities to improve processes within the Legal team.
Responsibility for the process by which contracts are signed and stored, and key contract milestones are recorded and monitored.
Litigation support, primarily through document management and distribution to internal stakeholders.
Diary management for the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and Head of Legal positions.
Organising meetings; taking minutes where required.
Managing invoices and coordinating with external advisors on fees.
Assisting with legal team reporting to senior Club management in key areas.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
Proven experience within an administrative role
Well organised, with strong administration skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills that inspire trust and confidence
Drive and enthusiasm, with an ability to demonstrate pro-active ownership and management of tasks.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Takes pride in provision of work. Strong attention to detail with good written and IT literacy.
