What We’re Looking For:

Chelsea FC are on the lookout for a Food and Beverage Manager for our on-site hotel, this role would be perfect for someone who has previous experience within a similar role, someone who loves a challenge, has excellent communication and organisational skills and experience working within a hotel setting.

Brief description and duties:

  • Leading and training the food and beverage team in their delivery of food and drink served within the hotels.

  • Demonstrating commercial acumen in all aspects of cost and revenue management, forecasting and budgeting

  • Training, communicating and demonstrating operational standards that strive to exceed company expectations

  • Sharing and assisting in the day-to-day management of all hotel departments

  • Working with support departments – finance, HR and health & safety – to ensure compliance with all corporate and statutory requirements

Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:

  • Supervisory and rostering experience of food and beverage service in a 100+ cover trading environment

  • Confidence and ambition in being able to deal with a variety of catering propositions over any given period and to take a core company standard and show the willingness to add value and creativity.
