Hornets Sports & Entertainment is looking for energetic and hospitable people to join our Guest Experience Department.
Asa Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring guest have a positive experience while they attend entertainment and sporting events at the Spectrum Center! Our ideal candidate will strive to uphold HSE's commitment to creating "specular fun and memories that marvel" for all guest.
Available Guest Experience Ambassador Positions include:
Guest Ambassador / Greeter
Ticket Taker
Host
Elevator Operator
General Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet and direct all guests to their assigned seating location
Effectively read and identify tickets, with the understanding of proper access to the appropriate area
Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Respond to guests’ requests for service and assistance
General Responsibilities and Duties:
Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination required
High School Diploma/GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass background check
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend and other duties associated with different sport and entertainment events is desir

This is a part-time non-benefit earning position; hours include days, nights, weekends and possibly holiday. We offer our part-time staff flexibility in scheduling and competitive wages.
