Primary Responsibilities

In-Season

  • Film practice from the SideLine using the MastrCams and edit all practice film. Send all practice drills to XOS-Catapult so the Coaches and players have access to it.

  • Film the game from the Endzone for each Panther game. Postgame: edit the game, breaking it down to each phase OFF/DEF/ST. On Road Games load Game film onto Coaches/Players iPads before taking off. When arriving back at the stadium, send each phase to the CGE Network Cloud for Club Exchange. Manage DV Sport Rewind system for practice. Arrange transport of MasrCams to training camp.

  • Manage the daily setup/breakdown of practice equipment and coordinate any maintenance with appropriate vendors.

  • Be accessible at the Stadium nights during the week in case a problem should arise that a Coach may need assistance with.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Off-Season

  • Assist coaches and the scouting department in preparing for the NFL draft. This includes cataloguing all college football games, creating cutups as requested, and traveling to the NFL combine.

  • IPADs- Our department is responsible for assisting all players with iPads for use in film study and meetings.

  • In April, May and June we film all off-season workouts and practices.

  • Schedule annual maintenance visits for practice and meeting room equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience filming practices and games, as well as, editing and logging the footage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be organized, proactive and self-motivated.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness related to confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently and in a group.

  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and prioritize multiple projects.

  • A professional approach in all interactions with fellow Panthers staff members, players, and coaches.

  • Punctuality, accountability, and keen attention to detail in each duty.

  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.

  • Must pass pre-employment screens.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of the time throughout the day.

  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.

  • Operates in a professional office environment.

  • Lift at least 30 pounds

Work Environment

This job operates mostly in an office environment and outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions.
