The Marketing Services Coordinator at Tepper Sports & Entertainment will serve as a project management lead/internal account executive who helps drive a variety of campaigns, projects and events from ideation to execution, ensuring efficient processes along the way via cross-functional collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as internal agency account executive, serving a variety of internal departments and lines of business

  • Responsible for building and maintaining cross-departmental relationships

  • Work with internal clients to drive campaign performance from ideation to execution

  • Serve as a project liaison with revenue generating departments (i.e., ticket sales, sponsorship, retail, etc.) in support of revenue-driven goals

  • Create and manage project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns on time; escalate any issues that may prevent on-time delivery

  • Track and record metrics throughout all campaigns

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field required

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience which may include direct marketing, campaign management, marketing/brand/experiential agency or marketing operations

  • Strong project management skills required

  • Experience working cross-departmentally for planning and to achieve results

  • Agency account management, event management and client-facing experience preferred

  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays

  • Must pass pre-employment screens

Work Environment

  • This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
