This position will assist the Football Operations department with day-to-day operations of training camp while gaining experience and insight in the field of professional football.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, offices, and housing at training camp

  • Assist with day-to-day activities of training camp (i.e. meal checks, practice, etc.)

  • Other duties as assigned (i.e. airport pick-ups, stocking refrigerators, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or current undergraduate student

  • Must be able to work from mid-July until mid-August. Definitive work period will be known once the NFL schedule is unveiled

  • Flexibility in work hours – must be available to work on nights and weekends

  • Must be a team player, reliable, and dependable

  • Must be able to display professionalism at all times

  • Must have good communication skills

  • Teamwork – must be able to work with others

  • Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug)

  • Must have valid driver's license

  • Must provide own transportation to and from our training camp site

Essential Functions:

  • Lifting, stooping, standing, walking – physical demands include continuous activity for extended periods of time

  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs

Work Environment:

  • Various weather conditions including extreme heat and inclement weather

  • Work schedule varies based on training camp schedule and business needs. Work schedule includes night and weekend hours.
