This position will assist the Football Operations department with day-to-day operations of training camp while gaining experience and insight in the field of professional football.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, offices, and housing at training camp
Assist with day-to-day activities of training camp (i.e. meal checks, practice, etc.)
Other duties as assigned (i.e. airport pick-ups, stocking refrigerators, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or current undergraduate student
Must be able to work from mid-July until mid-August. Definitive work period will be known once the NFL schedule is unveiled
Flexibility in work hours – must be available to work on nights and weekends
Must be a team player, reliable, and dependable
Must be able to display professionalism at all times
Must have good communication skills
Teamwork – must be able to work with others
Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug)
Must have valid driver's license
Must provide own transportation to and from our training camp site
Essential Functions:
Lifting, stooping, standing, walking – physical demands include continuous activity for extended periods of time
Able to lift at least 50 lbs
Work Environment:
Various weather conditions including extreme heat and inclement weather
Work schedule varies based on training camp schedule and business needs. Work schedule includes night and weekend hours.
