This position is to assist in coordinating all food and beverage needs for Club In-Seat and Champions Club clients for all events at the PNC Arena in a professional manner with the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure staff are adhering to the highest standards of service.

  • Responsible for assisting with the overall supervision for each event.

  • Assist in training part-time, temporary, and volunteer staff for club stands and club bars.

  • Adhere to State and Local government regulations regarding cleanliness, proper alcohol controls and general safety within these areas.

  • Assist with ordering of all food and beverage supplies needed for scheduled events.

  • Shared responsibility of workspace and storage areas, inventory transfers, and tracking procedures.

  • Be liaison for club in seat clients prior to and during events to ensure quality service and order accuracy.

  • Maintain excellent working relationship with customers, management and employees.

  • Work with Management and Culinary to ensure food quality, appeal and overall event readiness.

  • Verify beginning and/or ending inventories, inform manager of discrepancies.

  • Assist with keeping accurate inventory of all products, ensures stands are functional and properly stocked, POS experience (assist with guest refunds, voids, printer issues, etc.)


  • Candidate must have minimum one (1) to two (2) years food and beverage experience and experience in a high-volume setting.

  • Must be available to work no later than 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and ability to work a flexible schedule with extended late night shifts to include weekends, holidays, and work long or irregular hours.

  • Must have extreme attention to detail, strongly assertive, and the ability to lead others in stressful situations and have adequate analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Be able to adhere to building policies and event requirements.

  • Coordinate and instruct part time staff employees that will perform according to management philosophy.

  • Ability to walk long distances, reach, stand, bend, stoop for long periods, climb stairs, and lift at least 35 lbs. as required to assigned areas.

  • Ability to make timely and effective decisions to ensure outstanding guest service.

  • Must pass a criminal background check.
