The Corporate Partnership Coordinator is responsible for the execution of their assigned partnership agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, planning, activating and reporting for each account.
Coordinate and execute the fulfillment of all assigned partnership accounts;
Respond to partner questions, contracts, and other relevant requests in a timely manner;
Build and maintain relationships with partners and day-to-day contacts;
Understand assigned partners strategies and objectives;
Work with the Partnership team to identify new and effective concepts for partners to maximize return on investment;
Assist with brainstorming new initiatives;
Coordinate alongside the Game Presentation team the in-game inventory for all games;
Provide partners with proof of performance and other ROI data;
Ensure game day prizing is available for the Game Presentation team;
Assist the Calgary Flames, Hitmen, Roughnecks, Calgary Wranglers and Stampeders with various initiatives as requested;
Work closely with the Partnership Sales team on a day-to-day basis and attend meetings as necessary;
Be available to support activations on game nights when necessary;
Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
A diploma or degree within a related discipline such as: Business Management, Marketing, Public Relations or Event Planning;
Minimum 1 year of Partnership/Marketing experience;
Excellent customer service skills;
The ability to multi-task and perform under pressure while meeting deadlines is crucial;
Ability to work as part of a team with exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work a flexible schedule;
Intermediate to advanced skills using all Microsoft platforms including CRM is considered a strong asset.
