THE POSITION

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Promotions, the Brand Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support in executing planned marketing campaigns, specifically on digital advertising platforms and coordinating production and trafficking of advertising assets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work in conjunction with the Brand Marketing Specialists, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating and executing marketing and promotional initiatives for multiple brands and business units at CSEC;

  • Assist in the deployment of creative assets and contributing some ad copy on various digital advertising platforms;

  • Traffic advertising assets, and assist in development of various creative assets, which includes:

    • Print, Digital, OOH, Radio, Television, etc;

  • Assist campaign Specialist with content and asset capture and creation as needed.

  • Assist with analysis of media metrics, digital tracking, analytics and general marketing research;

  • Assist in inputting campaign performance data in various reports;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

  • As a member of the Brand Marketing team, ensure brand alignment, planned marketing strategy, and branding execution is carried out cohesively through all internal and external channels;

  • Participate in planning and execution of select game-day and special event brand marketing activities;

  • Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices;

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • Minimum 2-3 years of digital marketing experience;

  • A strong working knowledge of multiple digital advertising platforms, including experience on at least one of Facebook advertising platform and/or Google advertising platform.

  • Experience and good working knowledge of Google Analytics is a must.

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, UTMs, pixel and event tracking is preferred.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills using all Microsoft Office is considered a strong asset.

  • Working knowledge and base level skill using Adobe creative suite is considered an asset.

  • The ability to multi-task and perform under pressure while meeting deadlines is crucial

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
