Core Responsibilities

  • Assist kitchen and wait staff to ensure highest quality of service is delivered to players and staff.

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, tableware, pots, and/or pans

  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition

  • Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment

  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas

  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas

  • Ensure kitchen floors are clear of clutter and remain clean and dry

  • Stock serving stations or dining areas with food or supplies

  • Other duties as assigned, including assisting kitchen staff with food preparation

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • 1-2 years restaurant experience

  • Knowledge of restaurant procedures and processes

  • Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere

  • Demonstrating a high level of organization and a sense-of-urgency

  • Displaying a positive, high energy and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers
