Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain client relationships that will result in client satisfaction and retention.
Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients.
Meet and/or exceed annual retention and sales goals as provided by Ticket Sales Leadership.
Make minimum of 35 outbound phone calls per day to deepen customer relationships.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospect within CRM system.
Active involvement in the community to continually build sales pipeline.
Respond to incoming phone calls to be sure they are answered quickly and efficiently.
Assist in the selling of new season tickets, partial plans, groups, and maintenance.
Track customer complaints for the Arena, document complaints, action taken, and resolution or follow-up needed.
Participate as a team member through meetings and informal support to other team members and support staff, to maximize customer service, retention efforts, and sales performance.
Interact with other PSE/Arena departments to provide a cooperative, client-oriented focus for all operations
Provide input and follow-through to efforts that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Identify sales opportunities by conducting networking and outreach to current client base.
Maintain a functional and organized workspace.
Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Superior Customer Service skills.
Positive and enthusiastic approach to customers and contacts to convey a positive image and ability to respond to client’s needs in a timely manner.
Sales background preferred with proven track record of success.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, detail oriented, strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with Archtics ticketing system a plus.
Night and weekend work required including working events.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; at least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service roles
