BSE Global is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Partnership Marketing that will manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts. The ideal candidate takes pride in their excellent track record of delivering flawless execution and activation, while pushing their teammates to be experts in their craft and seeking additional opportunities to stretch and learn. This position reports directly to the Director/Senior Director of Partnership Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the management, maintenance, renewal, and growth of high profile accounts which includes the implementation of partnership assets, the creation and activation of promotions, oversight of hospitality packages, community programs, media, and signage;
Continually assess the operations of the partnership marketing team and make recommendations on department best practices and efficiencies
Support Director, Partnership Marketing in overall maintenance of tracking documents, budget management, and championing of internal processes
Collaborate closely with the Partnership Development and Brand & Partner Solutions teams to ensure that inventory is accurately incorporated into renewal/upsell packages;
Demonstrate business acumen and experience with thorough understanding of partners’ business operations and objectives, that ultimately lead to higher revenue results
Adeptly manage partnership relationships by navigating ambiguity, thinking several steps ahead to anticipate obstacles, and ultimately get to decisions quicker
Possess additional/extensive knowledge in one of the following fields: media, brand marketing, analytics, event planning, sales development, etc.
Proven relationships within the sports/entertainment industry
Attend Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center events to host sponsors and lead the execution of in-arena promotions as well as support departmental events/functions.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree required;
4-6 years of partnership account management required.
Sports industry experience preferred. Agency experience a plus.
Proven record of hitting goals/budgets

Travel Requirements
May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.
Work Environment
Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
