The BSE Arena Group Sales team is comprised of goal-driven, high motor professionals focused on driving value through group events to companies, organizations, and individuals in the tristate area. This department plays a pivotal role in one of the company’s missions: We Create Memories. Be part of the fun and fast-paced team behind every single cheer! The Account Executive, Arena Group Sales is responsible for the sale of all Barclays Center ticket inventory with a focus on group tickets. This position will also sell Nets group tickets, memberships and single game suite rentals, with a focus on both consumer and business communities, while following up on inbound leads and prospecting via cold calls. Additionally, all Arena Group Sales team members will have the ability to cross-sell other BSE Global assets as assigned.   • Manage Arena Group Sales Account Executives including direct oversight and monitoring of:

    • Execvision (call monitoring daily and coaching to bring deals to close for each rep)

    • Campaign Performance, Pipelines, funnels and opportunity progression

    • KPI expectations

    • Goal monitoring and pacing

    • Weekly 1x1’s with each team member

    • Establish week over week expectations and create system for metrics/expectations being met or not

  • Liaison with event promoters on group sales packages and inventory

  • Collaborate with event programming team on goals and strategies for applicable events

  • Work directly with arena ticket operations team on ticket system setup

  • Work directly with business intelligence team on Salesforce event builds, etc.

  • Responsible for informing sales floor for any upcoming arena on-sales and group offerings

  • Oversee suite rental process for ticket sales and operations department (Nets and non-Nets events)

  • Assist Director, Group Sales with Product Variation / Program Management / Arena Group Sales Proposals, and other duties as assigned

  • Recruit, Hire, Onboard, and Train Staff

  • Assist Director, Group Sales with ongoing department training

    • This includes establishment of a training calendar for the team with approved topics
