Innovate, inspire, upskill and deliver

We are looking to recruit two experienced coaches to lead on the coordination of the U12/U13 and U14/U16 Girls academy squads in line with our club philosophy and the Women¿s & Girls pathway objectives. You will plan, deliver, evaluate, and measure a training syllabus which fulfils the criteria set out in the Girl's Academy programme for the tier 1 status academies. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our multidisciplinary staff to develop a Player Development programme which maximises the opportunities for young players to reach their full potential across all age groups.

Your coaching bio

We are keen to hear from individuals who have experience of working with talented female players. You will have strong knowledge and experience of football coaching in a professional environment relating to our phase lead groups. To be considered for our Youth Development Phase Coach positions, you will need to hold the following qualifications:

  • UEFA B Licence

  • Valid FA Emergency Aid and Safeguarding certificates

  • Youth Modules 1, 2 and 3 are desirable

  • FA Advanced Youth Award is also desirable
