Help us deliver an exceptional service to our loyal fans
You will support our award-winning ticketing team by being the line of support for technical queries. You will also manage the administration of dispatching away tickets by helping to create clear and concise processes. You will ensure customer information is correctly captured on the ticketing system by yourself and other members of the team. Part of the role will include generating reports and marketing queries on request for various departments.
Whilst in employment, you will gain a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship through East Sussex College.
About you
You will have strong administration skills, preferably using computer systems. You will need strong numerical and literacy skills. Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer service environment and using sales software, however this is not essential.
