Help us find the future talent for Brighton & Hove Albion FC
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Crawley development centre which will include overseeing the programme, coordination and implementation of the strategy and assist in the coordination of the local grassroot scouts. You will identify and find local and regional talent for the Development Centre and academy squads and maintain your own personal player records.
This is a great flexible and part-time opportunity watching matches in the evenings and weekends
Your scouting bio
You will have a strong network in Crawley and be able to build further on this by creating new relationships. You will need a FA Talent ID Award and extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry in a similar or related role. It is also essential that you have a clear understanding of the academy system and the specific needs of the U6 - U8 age groups.
