What does a Fundraising Executive do?
This position plays a critical role in the charity's fundraising plans over the coming years, with responsibility for the planning and delivery of a range of creative and engaging fundraising events focused on generating income for the charity. These will include a programme of mass participation challenge events, sporting events, quiz nights and match day fundraising activities. We are ambitious to grow our events programme, identify new opportunities and ensure the charity can raise important funds to make a difference in people's lives locally.
Your fundraising background
No formal qualification is required, however, it is essential that the successful candidate has at least 2 years' experience in a grant fundraising role with demonstrable track record of securing five figure grants, experience of event management in a charity or corporate environment and proven track record of working to and exceeding financial targets.
