Help provide an excellent customer service experience to our loyal supporters

You will support the department by dispatching products such as tickets, vouchers, memberships, club communication and birthday cards. You will assist our customers with general queries relating to product fulfilment by phone, email, webchat and in person.

Whilst working for the club you will gain a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship through East Sussex College.

About you

The successful candidate will have strong administration and communication skills. It is essential that you have GCSE level English and Mathematics as the role will require a competent level of numeracy and literacy skills.
